Following on from the success of 'In The Air', Ten Fé are back with another gorgeous, heartfelt piece of indie in the shape of 'Elodie'. The London pair - Ben Moorhouse and Leo Duncan - draw on the likes of The War On Drugs for this new one, as the brooding ballad drives along with its relentless drum beat and a gentle Americana influence that manages to feel inspiring, while simultaneously creating a melancholy subtext. Written the night before the band left London for Berlin to record with Ewan Pearson (Jagwar Ma, M83, The Rapture), it is the first taste of the full Ten Fé line-up and the result is this stunning 2016 love song narrated by Moorhouse's rich Springsteen-esque baritone. Live dates at London's Pickle Factory as well as an appearance at The Great Escape will give fans the chance to see this ever-improving and impressive outfit in action. -G.O'B
